The Independent Study and Mentorship Program offered at Frisco High School is a rigorous elective provided to juniors and seniors to deepen their understanding of a topic of their choosing. ISM Students choose a topic or area of interest they hope to pursue in the future, conduct research on this topic, find a mentor for their topic, and create original work on their topic. Then, they create a final product, filling the gap in their area of study and showcase this in a thirty-minute presentation.
